Klejda Nuro is a part-time Mathematics Professor at George Brown College in Toronto, Ontario. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Toronto, where she studied mathematics, linguistics, and cognitive science, as well as a Diploma in Computer Programming from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology. She was awarded The Queen Elizabeth II Reach for the Top Scholarship for high academic achievement at UofT and graduated from Seneca College with High Honours for maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
Ms. Nuro has several years of Math tutoring experience, especially for Grades 7-12, and standardized tests such as the SSAT, SAT and GRE. Additionally, she has worked as a computer programmer/analyst both in the government sector and private healthcare technology industry, where she has gained valuable experience in web development and project management. She is very passionate about teaching and encourages students to be innovative thinkers and creators.
